Returns Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.  If your order arrives a product defect or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the affected items.  Lamps are non-returnable.  These are delicate, professional tools and must be handled, used, and cleaned with care.  If a lamp arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for evaluation.  We do not accept returns for used, opened, or improperly handled items. All lamps are inspected and tested on the day of shipping. 

 

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and are outside of our control.  Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.   If an issue arises, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier.

 

 

Order Policy

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Privacy Policy.  We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.  When you place an order or interact with our site, we may collect personal details such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. This information is used to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience.  We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with trusted service providers only as needed to operate our business, such as payment processing and shipping.  We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.  By using our site, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined here.

 

 

Professional Use Policy

Our products are professional systems designed to perform within a complete, tested environment.

For consistent and intended results, products should be used as part of a system designed to work together, including a compatible lamp intended to fully cure the product.  Improper use, mixing systems, or using untested equipment may affect performance and results.  By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that these are professional-grade products and accept responsibility for how they are used.

 

 

Lamp Policy

Our products are designed and tested to be used with our full cure lamp.  For proper performance and intended results, products must be used within this system, including the designated lamp that has been tested to fully cure the formulations.  Use of other lamps or untested equipment may result in incomplete curing, performance issues, or inconsistent results.  We do not guarantee results when products are used outside of our system.  By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that proper curing depends on using the correct lamp as part of the full system, following instructions and proper application..

 

 

Loyalty Program Policy

Our loyalty program is designed to reward consistent customers (Verified Nail Techs & Students)with ongoing savings.  Customers begin with a 10% discount. Once a customer reaches $1000 in total purchases, they may qualify for a 15% discount. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us once this threshold has been reached so the upgrade can be applied.  Loyalty discounts are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or distributed.  Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or offers.  Loyalty discounts do not apply to full cure lamps.  We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
